How can I become more confident in my ability to pole dance?
Hello! I’ve just started pole dancing and got my own x-pole installed in my room to practice on. I’ve had the pole for over a month now and the thing is I can’t seem to do many tricks at all on it. I feel completely useless!! I don’t know whether I’m not strong enough yet, or whether I just haven’t built up enough confidence to let myself go… Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance:)
